Is Pipedrive worth it in 2026?
Pipedrive is worth it when a few sellers will live in a pipeline and you will pay for Growth, not Lite. It is not worth it as a free-tier substitute — there is no durable free plan.

Short answer
Yes — for US shops of roughly 2–15 sellers who will update deals on Friday and need automation without a marketing cloud. No — if you wanted a free CRM (that is HubSpot), if nobody will open it, or if you are buying Lite to “save” and then living in Gmail.
The September 20, 2026 math
Pipedrive’s public ladder, billed annually: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59, Ultimate $79 per seat per month. Monthly: $24 / $49 / $79 / $99. Fourteen-day trial. VAT extra. Confirm pipedrive.com/en/pricing.
- Five seats, Growth annual: 5 × $39 = $195/month, billed upfront.
- Five seats, Lite annual: 5 × $14 = $70/month — thin once you want automation.
- Five seats, HubSpot Starter list: 5 × $20 = $100/month, or $0 on Free until you outgrow it.
- Add-ons (LeadBooster, Campaigns, Projects) are extra. Keep them out of the first quote.
When it is worth it
The deal pipeline is the UI. Reps understand it. Growth is the plan that matches a small team: automation without Premium. You are not buying a customer platform. You are buying a CRM people will update. That is why Pipedrive sits second (and often wins the “just sales” conversation) on our small-team CRM ranking.
When it is not
If the company will never pay per seat, start on HubSpot Free. If the floor is a phone, look at Close. If marketing will share the database this year and you will actually operate campaigns, HubSpot Starter — with eyes open on contact limits. If you are in residential real estate lead ponds, read the real-estate CRM ranking instead.
